3D Modeler/Artist
A 3D Modeler/Artist is responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and assets for use in VR applications. They work closely with the design team to ensure models meet aesthetic and functional requirements while optimizing for performance. Additionally, the 3D Modeler/Artist prepares models for animation, ensuring that they are rigged and ready for interactive use within the VR environment.
- Responsibilities:

- Optimize models for performance without sacrificing visual quality.
- Use software like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max to create and texture models.

- Collaborate with animators and developers to ensure models are ready for interactive use.
- Ensure models are compatible and well-integrated into the Unity environment.
- Conduct testing to ensure models perform correctly in the VR environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, Animation, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in 3D modeling or animation are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- 3D Modeling Software: Proficiency in using 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Texturing: Strong skills in texturing and material creation to enhance visual realism.
- Optimization: Ability to optimize models for performance, including reducing polygon count and efficient use of textures.
- Rigging and Animation: Ability to rig models for animation, including creating skeletons and setting up controls for animating different parts of the model.
- Artistic Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Tools and Software:

- Photoshop or similar software for texture creation.
